I had TruGlo TFO sights installed on my G21 a few weeks ago at a LGS. The guy who installed them said he wasn't a a fan of the TFOs because the front sight "doesn't stay in place". He claimed this was a problem with the TFOs design since the front sight with fiber optic is long and is only bolted down at the front. I was in a hurry to get the sights installed before a GSSF match and didn't think much about his comment at the time. Now I'veI noticed the front sight on my G21 is very loose and the rear portion of the sight moves from left to right even when touched lightly. Has anyone else had this problem?
I also have TFOs installed on my G20. The G20 TFOs were installed by Neve's in Denver and I've had no problems with the front sight being loose and moving on this gun. I suspect a bad installation on my G21. I really like the TruGlo sights because they offer good visibility in the dark AND they really pop in daylight or indoor light.
I'm curious if anyone has recommendations on how to fix this problem.
