I just recieved mine in the mail. Now what do I need to do to get my new glock for cheap? I've asked a couple of shops around here and they either don't know what I'm talking about or they say they're not involved with it.

Called yesterday, and the nearest dealer is 2 hours away. Oh well, looks like I'm going to take a road trip. Talked to the guys over there and they seemed cool and willing to get me whatever I wanted and they're going to try and not make me make a bunch of trips there.
The two hour road trip should be worth it. It's a pretty nice discount you get with the GSSF card.

Few clarifications & consolidation of clarifications:
With a 1 year GSSF membership, you receive all the benefits except the discount coupon within a few weeks. The coupon comes 1 year later, at the expiration of the membership.
With a 2 or more year GSSF membership. you receive all the benefits with the discount coupon within a few weeks. You also get another discount coupon at the end of the first year for a total of 2 of them (for a 2 year membership of course).
The prices that you can be charged with a GSSF discount price coupon is fixed and may not vary from dealer to dealer. In other words, Glock's agreement with the stocking Glock dealer stipulates that the dealer shall honor the pre-determined price list to all those who qualify. FYI The latest GSSF price list (as of May 2011) is attached to this post as an attachment in PDF format - scroll to the last page. I've also attached an order form (for other certain qualifying people) so you can see the better prices that are those in LE, emt, LE Academies, Judges, DAs, Military & security officers etc. For example a G17 for GSSF members is $425 but for the ones I've listed above the price is $398.20
If you need to find a Glock authorized, Glock stocking dealer which honors the LE (hence the GSFF discount coupons) go to http://us.glock.com/dealer-locator, select "LE dealers", select "Yes I qualify" and search away. As I've mentioned, the prices are set by Glock, and other than Sales Tax, and background check/paperwork etc fees (Usually $5), you are not allowed to be charged anything extra.
2 important things to consider:
1 - Before you take a long drive to an LE Dealer, call them and make sure they have the "Blue Label" version of the Glock you are interested in stock, and confirm the price along with other fees over the phone, in order to avoid surprises or possible out of stock issues. A G17 will probably always be in stock - But a G39 or G20c? Probably not as much common inventory line item as a G17. The boxes are specially marked - in other words, they can't sell you a Blue Label Glock at regular civilian prices, even if you asked for it.
2- If the LE Dealer is too far, ask them if they would ship your new Glock to an FFL nearby you. You can mail them payment along with your discount coupon and hopefully the dealer will play ball. Keep in mind s/h is going to be your responsibility.
Finally, the Glock discount coupon is really not a discount coupon but the ability for you to shop from a "different" menu as opposed to regular folks.

Alright, I decided to save my coupon for now and wait to use it. Going to get the boys together and make the trip over there after I make sure what I want is there. But I did go to my LGS today to have them put the Trijicon night sights on my G19(sights are sweet) and then I had them order me a Gen 3 G22. I'm going to get the 357sig barrel too. Now I have to decide what model I want to use the coupon on. Lol 
Hey, I've driven 1 1/2 hrs. here in NJ just to go to a shop that gave LE discounts. Now they've moved 1/2 hr closer to me.
Just got my packet a few days ago only took about ten days. I screwed up when I signed up and only did it for a year. can I add another year to it now or do I need to wait for it to expire? Before I can get the coupon? I guess the other option would be the life membership?

I used my GSSF coupon to buy my wife her 17 Gen4 and now she is hooked on shooting pistols. The second time she shot her new 17 was at the GSSF match in Colorado and now she is interested in getting into IDPA and other shooting events. I think GSSF is great way to get new shooters started. I may be wrong, but I think the coupons are only good for the calendar year that you join. For example, my wife joined GSSF to shoot the match. Her first pistol coupon will expire, in essence, on 12/31/2012 because you are limited to one pistol purchase per calendar year. When I was getting our registration squared away with the GSSF staff, they were very helpful.
Love your qualifications. I am getting there. Pretty soon I will be (hopefully) a Glock Armorer, I am a NRA Member and I have a few Glock's.
