So there is a good chance if/when Glock releases a new firearm, it'll be called G40. What kind of gun do you think the G40 should be?

Competition size 45ACP?
Subcompact 9mm or 40SW?
A civilian legal standard 380?
Maybe a 22LR?

What do you think...

Dont they already have a sub compact 9 & 40?
Maybe a 380 but I don't see it fitting in with Glock.
For some reason I don't see them doing a 22

! Would love to see them make a comp .45 !

I'd really enjoy a longer barrel .45 match or more tactical version that can compete with the HK USP, the FNH .45 or Springfield tactical. It would include night sights, a threaded match barrel, and maybe a bigger magazine capacity that can compete with the FNH .45. It would also be more rust resistant/proof that would include titanium springs and other essential parts that would be titanium.

Single stack compact 9mm, though I am convinced that they may not make the necessary amount of points for import.
How about a .38 super long barrel (like a 34/35)?
A long barrel 45 would be kinda cool!

I think somebody mentioned that they are making "Made in the USA" Glocks in the Smyrna plant.
Don't know if it is true.
