Best wishes and thanks to Eric I hope he recovers as best he can.I give monthly contributions. I have had several friends go through the program and one Eric Edmundson was hit by a IED (my squad caught the guy who did it) and is barely getting motor functions back but goes on hunting trips with special equipment and promotes WWP. If we did do something I would definitely want to be a part of it.
Thanks I'll tell him. He has two kids and a wife but he can't speak, walk and has minimal use of his hands and arms. Last time I saw him he was able to stand with some help. I'll post some pics of us during our reunion. WWP is an awesome organization.Best wishes and thanks to Eric I hope he recovers as best he can.
My wife (SGM USArmy CID) 28 years service retired and I (DoD Cybercrime Response Team) 33 years service retired are both charter
members of this organization>> http://operationfirstresponse.org/ << which supports our nation’s Wounded Heroes
and their families with personal and financial needs. Services are provided from the onset of injury, throughout their
long recovery period and along their journey from military life into the civilian world. Financial aid varies as each case
is based on individual needs ranging from rent, utilities, vehicle payments, groceries, clothing, and travel expenses...
covering day to day existence when a Wounded Hero needs it the most.
OFR is the bridge that will enable our Veterans to exist during the VA claim process which on average can take from six months to one year.
