3.5# would be the right weight to get. Not sure what the difference is between Ghost and LWD. I've used the LWD in the past by it's self in a G22 that I had and I like the let off/break of the trigger. Really that's all the Connector is going to do, adjust the let off/break, the Trigger Spring controls the pull up to let off/break along with the striker spring. Since I use CCI primers to reload with I keep my striker springs stock, need all the "umph" I can get to fire off the CCI primers.

Not to get too far off topic but is the connector suppose to be flush with the plastic block it slides into or should it angle out as it moves toward where it makes contact with the trigger bar? Pics would be nice.

Angle out. If its flush or inward you will get that "Thug" sound when you pull the trigger. I will adjust outward until I find that "Snap" sound.
That's just the way I do it and it works for me.
