Pump action 22 break-down, a bunch of breakfast/energy bars, hunting knife, cash pay-as-you-go cell phone, about 500 rounds of my EDC 10mm, ~2000 of 22LR, a box of flares, some water tabs, several pairs of socks and boxers, 10ft of high tensile rope, two bars of Lava soap. Right next to said BoB(in my truck) is 10gal of RO purified water in metal cans. It's a work in progress, but I think it's a decent start.
