I have made many a meal from cheese, sourdough bread and beer. Good stuff. The roast beef sounds good also.

Think it is going to be homemade vegetable soup. Maria is cooking it. The last batch she made was really good. She also makes a mean peach cobbler. I might just divorce the wife and marry Maria. LOL.

I made blackened mahi-mahi over rice, smothered with a crawfish, Parmesan cream sauce and side of green beans that were sautéed with onions and bacon. Wasn’t supposed to have bacon but after the week we had I figured why not.
