Popeye's has awesome dirty rice, what ever they call it on the menu!
Some kind of jalapeno minced in it!

Wife made homemade Salisbury steak yesterday.
Working on leftovers this eve.
She soaked the ground meat in a dry onion soup mix before putting them in brown gravy!!!
Entire house still smells of this wonderful concoction.

I use the onion soup mix when cooking chuck roast in the crockpot. It's good.
