Oats! No fried food or MT. Dew or pop of any kind go into this temple.

I'll have to pass my friend. Although I was a meat eater when I was land based, now that I am on an island I mostly eat oats, seeds, protein shakes and bars. Those burgers would weigh me down for my sand and water activities. I hand make the protein shakes. I have attempted to hand make the bars but the RX Bars are a better option. Thanks for the offer though.

Since the wife is having some surgery this morning, some friends are having Pappasitas sent to our house for dinner...We are fortunate to have some really nice friends.

Corned beef and cabbage unless the wife isn't up to it. In that case it will be burgers.

I would enjoy that. Haven't had spaghetti in a while. It is hard for the wife to fix that.

I made Cherry Chili Glazed Pork Chops with Roasted Potatoes and Carrots tonight.

Just the right amount of sweet and heat.

The corned beef and cabbage was very good. One of her best batches. I pigged out. Not enough left for another meal. Damn shame.

She must be a good cook. I like my wife's cooking. I have developed a taste for it over the past 58 tears. LOL. She has improved over the years.
