For me, it was the Sig Sauer .45.
H&K USP 45 tactical. hate their non existent CS
1911. What's not to love?
probably my buddy's 1941 Walther PP
but a gun I personaly owned would have to be a S&W SW9VE, it was a cheap gun but never left me down and fit my hand quite well.
Browning Hi Power and 1911 interchangeably, still love them...but ONLY carry a Glock.
Then of course....Smith & Wesson K Frame .357, which I still love with all my heart.
Sig p220 till i got my eyes opened
Dan Wesson 715VH 357 mag, best revolver on the market, sadly/stupidly, I sold it.
Before the Glock my fav was the Ruger GP. I don't know if Glock is my favorite now but it's definitely got its own shelf in the safe. I rarely carry anything besides a glock of some sort.
Ooof! That is a sweet pistol.
I like my Springfield XDM .45ACP. I am slowly being converted to a Glock guy
sig 226 in 9mm caliber
Ruger SR9c. In fact, I sold it to get my Glock 30sf. While I love the 30, I regret selling the Ruger. Will probably pick another up in the future.
For me it was, and in many ways still is the 1911. I currently have 6. 4 Springfields, a Colt, and a Kimber. There is something about the quality of a nice 1911. But for when it come to defense the Glock is without question the best there is.
Glock 19 was my first handgun. I started with PERFECTION!
Sig P226 and P228 and still have both of them. Also own a 17 and 19. I love ALL of my 9mm children.
any 1911 and BELGIN Browning Hi Power
1911 followed by Smith N Frame and Browning Hi Powers
A Colt Mk IV Series 70 that I bought around 1977, put many thousands of rounds through, and still own. But these days I shoot Glocks pretty much exclusively.
Before the Glock, it was the Sig P-220. Before the Sig, it was the Colt Python nickel plated "hog leg!"
colt combat commander in stainless
My favorite with out a doubt is my Desert Eagle mark XIX .50ae. All so the first gun/pistol I bought. With just the change of the barrel, mag, and bolt assembly I can shoot .357 mag, .41 mag, .44 mag or .50ae. I know a lot of firearm owners despise of the Desert Eagle but its just an awesome firearm to fire an own.
I'm sure I will love the glock 21 that I'm getting next month but I don't think a .45 acp round will compare to the feeling of letting a couple of .50ae rounds off. Since the .50ae has 60% more energy then a .44 mag. Maybe a S&W 500 or a LMG will be a better feeling lol .
