What may be the best advice a father can give a son.

    This isn't gun related and it's from Askmen.com. I wish my Dad had given me half of this advice. World Of Dating - AskMen



    I agree with him about reading "How to Win Friends and Influence People". I think it should be mandatory reading in middle or high school.

    I also agree with him that most people these days are not well socialized. A poorly socialized person can be as bad as a poorly socialized dog.

    This should be advice that every father gives his son, in his teens, and follows it up with leading by example.

    My 2 cents, anyway.

    Also, the Dale Carnegie book is a must read for any high school junior or senior. Nothing in high school matters so reading that book to prepare you for college is perfect. Also, if you're good looking and in shape and in a really popular rock 'n roll band, that helps also. I speak from experience.
