...It was a big waste of time because Academy didn’t even get any .40 or .357 Sig in their shipment. I got there an hour early and was still the 11th person in line. Some asshole that was there self-appointed himself as the person that made sure nobody cut in line. One guy showed up and was talking with someone he knew that was in line and when he approached the guy and said “the end of the line is down there” he told him to shut up and mind his own business. I thought a fight may break out but cooler heads prevailed. This ammo shortage bothers me more than the Covid restrictions do. I just never thought it would get this bad. That’s what I get for thinking...LOL
Academy seems to be getting less and less ammo lately. Of the past 3 times I’ve gone, only once did I buy anything. The other two times they didn’t even get a delivery.

Got the tyrant designs magwell installed on my 43x, i had to trim the houge grip to fit the shape of the magwell. It is a tad shinier than the slide

The only thing i dont really care for is the way the plug goes in the rear cavity and tightens to secure the magwell it seems to bulge the frame some in the cavity, but the mag fits and has some wiggle room so i assume it will be fine

Bought an ISLE MFG magwell from Ebay.
Yes it is 3D printed but fits the P80 large frame 45 like a glove.
All standard Glock mags are a perfect fit.
Of course the 26 rounders fit.
ProMags not so well, base plate will need some love.

A little polishing will clean up the bottom!

Will post some pics after I clean up the base.
For like $23 shipped I'll not argue.

I always wonder why the guys selling the printed stuff don’t clean them up a bit.

Got 4 - G21 mags.
Used $10 each tote full of LE stuff.
Gen 2 mags in the tote that looked never used!

2 - G21 26 round mags (Korean) $19
They are fully steel lined but are tight.
Need to sand down the tops to get them to drop.

A little work but price was right.

Lets see, latest purchase was a Savage 112 FV 26" heavy barrel in.308. Badger Ordinance 20 MOA rail Badger 30mm rings and a Athlon Midas HD scope with Mil reticle. Should be able to "reach out and touch" something.

I ordered a Cain Arms version as Cain fits very snug is not as printer looking as the ISLE version and comes in a almost direct color match to Polymer 80 olive drab.

Most all of the printer mag wells can be filed/sanded to remove the printer tell talel look,I've got a Cain on my Black P 80 compact and one on my Poly 80 O D full size, the cain is 16.99 free shipping.
