Does anyone know how the gun laws are in Washington ? Do they offer a permit and do they have goofy gun laws like California ?

If you're asking about WA state, yes they issue a Concealed Pistol License. The laws are pretty loose, but pay attention to thr places where you are NOT allowed to carry.
