US Army Garand Training Transparencies

    Picked up a set of transparencies produced by the Army that provides a great set of visuals, identifying all the parts of the M1 Garand. I scanned them and put them together for this video.

    Thanks for working that up. They would make great wall posters, or bench pads for a shop. I liked the M7A3 Grenade Launcher, those have to be rare.

    Glad you liked them, I'm still considering options. I need to find a company that can do really high resolution/high quality scans of transparencies that are as large as these are, 8.5 x 11.

    That's big. Box camera's only use a 2x2. My first thought was a silk screening shop, but I'm pretty out of date on stuff like that, There's probably a more modern process. The would make cool shirts though.
