They front site tool can be purchased from amazon for cheap.

The rear sight needs to be PUSHED on and should not be "drifted" or tapped with a punch.

You'll void the warranty as TruGlo specifically recommends against it. You can crack the tritium vials or break the seals on them.

You'll need a "glock" or other aftermarket rear sight pusher. They run about $100-150.

If you can find a Glock armorer, they will put it on for a reasonable price also.
