I have a G30sf and when I load my magazines with the 10 rounds and insert magazine into the mag well it is almost impossible to get it to seat. I can lock the slide in the rear position and insert full magazine with one finger. I have carried Glocks for duty before and never had this problem, they were both full size models, G21 & G22. Any body know why I might be having this "problem"?

I had the same issue with my XDM .40 and for some reason it wasnt wanting to take the full mag, so I dropped one round out of it and it worked fine... other than that, i know its dumb, but make sure you have the right mag in there?

Is it new? Perhaps the magazine spring is too tight because it is new.

I had this problem with my G30 when new. I just filled the mags with 10 rounds (the max), and set them aside for a month or so (I carried my G26 for EDC). Now, no problems.

I have had this issue every time I have purchased a new mag or new Glock. Load the mag and keep it loaded, and cycle it several times. After a couple of uses it should loosen up and you will be fine. Some calibers take more than others, so sorry I don't have an exact round count for you
