I am wanting to add a surpressor and barrel to my gen 4 g19. I am not familiar with surpressors at all. Im simply looking for a good quality can and barrel. There is no special purpose for this mod just want to have a setup like this....

Red Jacket suppressors are junk. Sorry. Out local tactical dealer bought one and the quality was horrible. My 8 year old son could've built a better one. Don't buy one because they are famous. Go with a reputable brand.

Look up Silencerco's youtube page and check out their vids. Their level of customer service and info they provide about their products is better than you see for most products of any kind. AND... they are damn quiet. If I lived in a supressor friendly state I'd prob be seriously thinking about one myself. The long list of design invations is impressive to say hte least. The can is off set keeping most of the can volume below the bore center. This allows them to keep a high volume can but YOU can still use standard sights to see over the can. The quick clamp allows the offset can to easily be indexed and lined up with your frame. The threaded insert in the supressor can be purchaced in diff thread paterns so in about a min you can swap the insert with the provided tool and put the same can on another gun.

Do you guys know anything about SAS cans? My favorite local gun dealer swears by them. He is an AR Guy so pistol wise I am still not "sold".
