My EDC is a G26, now with 17-round G17 mags in it always. In the winter, when the perps can be swathed in jackets and sweaters, I carry my G30 for the extra punch. If I had a '27, I'd probably carry that instead of the '30 for winter but I'd still stick to the G26 majority of the time.
I love 9mm, and I recognize the limitations of the caliber, but am supremely confident in my competency with it and my '26. Same with my '30.
