I have both, and prefer the 27. I also have a pf9 too. The G27 doesnt have the recoil of the pf9, plus you get the .40 ballistics. I dont think the pf9 is snappy, but many do. I dont feel the 27 or 26 are snappy either, but some complain about the 27. I dont get that at all. I'm guessing that you won't have a problem with the 27 if you are OK with the PF9, but if you are recoil sensitive that might be a consideration. The 26 holds another round over the 27- 9mm is sufficient if you ask me. My wife carries the 26 and I carry the 27. She loves the 27 too, but i'm not giving it up. I pocket carry the pf9 when the 27 is too bulky or when I'm not wearing a belt. I say keep the kahr and save and buy the one you want. I like 9mm just for the simple fact of cost. It is cheaper to practice with. A littly bit of info and opinion that may help you decide.

Anywhere ranging from $485 to $520 is good. $485 being awesome and $520 being decent. If you are LEO/military find a dealer that gives Blue Label discounts.

I have a 27 and love it, I also added GAP enterprises ring finger rest which is awesome by the way and it eliminates finger slippage with my 2XL hands also!

My EDC is a G26, now with 17-round G17 mags in it always. In the winter, when the perps can be swathed in jackets and sweaters, I carry my G30 for the extra punch. If I had a '27, I'd probably carry that instead of the '30 for winter but I'd still stick to the G26 majority of the time.

I love 9mm, and I recognize the limitations of the caliber, but am supremely confident in my competency with it and my '26. Same with my '30. :D

I was on the fence about the 19 or 26. After talking to a couple local gun shops, they made a few small points that influenced me to go with the 19. It is not that much larger, and is still concealable. The smaller length grip on the subs can make drawing from a holster potentially a little more tricky, as well as getting a comfortable grip depending on hand size. With the 26 I would lose half of the magazine capacity as well. Everyone has their individual needs, but these were the points that helped me decide.

I love the G27, but as previously stated, any glock will serve you well, it's just going to come down to personal preference. The subcompacts seem to be harder to find great used deals on, probably because they are not a common police trade in which results in alot of those great deals.

has anyone used the 23 mags on the 27 with the piece that extends the grip? I am hoping its not bad if you want to take and really shoot a lot of rounds at the range in a day. all of my pistols are conceal guns and if i use the big mags at the range for long days, a lot of guys i shoot with have full size pistols and shoot a lot.
