Hey guys, My lgs has them NIB for 399$ and I was wondering if that was a good deal, I saw them yesterday and if I get some "good deal" response I will get one. Let me know what you think.

the M is over $500, I think the lgs is wanting to rid the XD of his stock to stock up on the newer model.

The m series is ok, i like the regular XD better. All them bullets in the m series have to go somewhere, and it makes the grip overly long.

The regular XD is easy to carry and is just as much a joy on the range as it is to carry it or shooting vermin in one of the barns.....

I don't plan to carry any of them, I'm a glock fanboy, I am just wondering if I buy all of them do you guys think I can profit from them in the future? I see them on line for $429 for the XD

9mm's a lot cheaper to shoot, 40's a little more power and more recoil. Depending what ammo you use, the difference between the two is marginal according to comparison tests I've seen. I'm sure there are those who'll disagree, but if it's me, I go with the 9.

Donn, ammo is no problem, I have 5000 rounds between the both that I got at a great deal but like I said, I am not buying them to shoot but to sell in the future for a profit if possible. I am a proud glock fanboy and I don't see that changing.

btw I do have a original 70 series colt which I will not sell at all. I now have 2 colts, a officers and the 70.
