I'm looking into getting a suppressor to run on my G17. I'm reading about some blowback issues in Sig's, and I'm wondering if Glocks has any similar issues. Does anyone run their Glock suppressed, and if you do, do you have any issues with blowback?

All suppressed guns will have some blowback. The longer the gun stays locked up the less blowback you will get.

I run a non captured guide rod so I can use the strongest spring that still allows cycling. In my opinion, the aftermarket availablilty of Glock Parts makes it a better host than anyting else on the market.

I run my suppressed hosts as dry as I dare.

I suggest you go ahead and shoot with someone who has a suppressed pistol to see if it's for you. [IMG]

  3. I've fired supressed rifles but never hand guns, does it feel really front heavy!?

    Not really. It's just bulky.
