My mom is from Colombia so I was visiting family. I was with my cousin and there are men that hand out the business cards to guys. They look similar to a nightclub promoter handing out flyers

From my take prostitution is only legal in certain "zones" in Colombia, not all over. Similar to Vegas and Amsterdam, it allows for the set up of brothels and corner girls but doesn't necessarily support street walkers all over the place. Just as an aside.

Yea I saw the pics and she is hot. And I guess it's not your typical prostitute. She was a high dollar escort. So $800 is not unrealistic when dealing with escorts. But he should have talked her down to a reasonable price for both instead of offering her chicken bones. Lol I bet he's regretting the scandal he caused. And I know it's wrong but it's not uncommon for military personnel to hire prostitutes while away for extended time periods. Better that then the ones that rape women in other countries!
