Thoughts?

I've been waiting for a design like this. But, I'm not sure that a "Gen 1" is the way to go with any firearm.

Has anyone fired one? Owned one?

Likes, dislikes etc.

Thanks!

My wife loves hers! It's a very nice little gun. If you have any other questions feel free to ask.
I have a Walther p22 that I love dearly but I hear the sr22 is as good & and ever better in some aspects. I don't think you can go wrong with the sr22 (or the p22 for that matter)
I was in the same situation a few weeks ago. Was in the market for a .22LR pistol for plinking around with. Ended up going with the GSG 1911 .22
I love mine. Only a couple hundred rounds, but no problems, eats federal bulk ammo fine. Breaks down and reassembles easy. Sold a MKIII to get it. No regrets.
I sold my GSG MP5 (first gen) and bought the Ruger SR22. GSG was fairly cheap in many areas I thought, it worked good, but upon first takedown and cleaning, various screws were already very loose. Wasn't impressed. Others seem to like them though.

My SR22 has been great out of the box. First Gen if that makes any difference?

I like knowing the SR22 is 10/22 parts and I can just pick them up about anywhere and magazines work between it and my other 10/22.
