I’m sure everyone has heard of the new RIP round.
“The last round you will ever need.”

So even though it is only 62 grain for the .380, FPS Russia seems like it has enough packing power and gives it a high rating.

However, I am getting some mixed signals as to if its good or not and worth $2.35 a round?

Anyone try it yet?

It's not really worth it IMO. But that's just me. To others it may be.

That same link you've posted will take you to the page that also has links to QUALITY testing and evaluation by ShootingTheBull 410. Take some time and read on his findings.

I think you'll decide to look at different ammo.

If you are into exotic rounds, Lehigh Defense has a decent product line. At a better price.

Otherwise Federal HST-LE or Hornady CD...Less gimmick

I think this is one of those concepts that, until it gets street credibility in actual use, it's not going to really go very far. I'm skeptical but I'll keep an open mind. :)
