By coming soon...it came about 20 years ago, lol!
I digging this sp101.
“Snatch”, with Brad Pitt, Jason Statham, Benicio Del Toro, Lennie James, Vinnie James, Dennis Farina, and probably some I’m forgetting. British crime comedy by Guy Ritchie, very funny.
I’d put it up there with Boondock Saints and The Princess Bride as far as good one-liners that are a lot more funny once you know the context.
“Ya like dags?”
“Tony, do something terrible.”
“You want sugar in your tea?”
“No, Turkish; I’m sweet enough.”
“Do you have anything to declare?”
“Yeah. Don’t go to England.”
“Tony, look in the dog.”
“You heard me. Look in the dog.”
Guess I have to rewatch. I saw it when it was new.
Parts of it you need subtitles. You ever see Layer Cake? That I needed subtitles!

Nice! I was liking this one.
Is it stainless?
Blued steel frame.
I was wondering if it might be blackened stainless. Ruger does both for certain guns.
Years back I carried a 686 on duty. It was a 4” and it was a load to carry off duty in a pancake holster. I then bought a 2” model 60 in .357 to carry off duty. More portable, but the five shot cylinder always bothered me plus I have pretty big mitts. I bought a 2 1/2” model 66 and still carry it to this day when I carry a wheel gun. Easier carrying than The 686 and more shootable than the 60. It’s a good compromise. The Smith and Wesson model 66 in a blued version is a model 19.
I have. Won’t drop spoilers, but I remember hating the ending.
Nice! A little more $$ than the S&W 66 Combat, and lighter (better for CCW).
It’s a tough choice between the two. Since I only carry a revolver when fishing or hunting, I think in this case I would go with the S&W 66 Combat.
I’m talking about the new PC model 66. It’s been out a little while now. I have a -1 model 66 that is probably older then I am, lol!
Got it. I was comparing the Ruger SP101 and the new S&W 66 Combat.
Both great weapons.
