I added a Wilson Combat mag extension today.

Only thing I might add is a shell holder to the stock. I think knoxx makes one for the spec ops stock. I don't know if I will actually put a sling on it for home defense. I will buy one for it though.
I was wondering if anyone runs a red dot on their HD shotgun. I have a receiver mount for it if I go that route.
