The Hoppe's basic kit works fine, costs only about $10. Just make sure that whatever kit you decide to get includes the following:

Cleaning rod
Bore brush (9mm)
Patches
Cleaning solvent
Gun oil

If you want to get more fancy, would recommend getting a nylon brush (you can save a few bucks by just using an old toothbrush) and a bore snake which costs anywhere from $15-$20. If you don't shoot very often, skip the bore snake.
