When does the completion certificate expire? or does it expire?

You have six months from class certificate to apply for the permit and submit all the data.

Then it expires after 5 years, then another 5 years and after that it becomes 10 years.

The class goes by fast, just find a local small time instead of going to a large class at a more professional place.
