Mounted the DPP on my Glock today and shot it. The Leupold mounting system is a little funky. Everything's pretty loose until you tighten the 2 mounting screws. Got the dot on target easily. With the elevation all the way up it's dead on at 50 feet and a little low closer in. Don't know if it's bad to have the elevation maxed out. Is there an approved way to safely shim these mounts?
Oh, in addition to the full Leupold pistol mounting kit it also came with the Leupold cross slot mount which I have no use for. It's amazing how much easier it is to shoot accurately at distance. Up close it's not as much of an advantage.
