Poly 80 19 build, trigger issues

Welcome to the forum.
In my builds I use all Glock OEM trigger parts,It's worth the effort and expense to do so. On my first build I used Polymer 80 trigger parts and encountered tolerance stacking issues took the needed parts from a Glock 17 put them in the P 80 and every thing functioned as it should.
Right there was sown the seed for all Glock OEM trigger parts going in my future builds, other than firing pin plunger drag and the polishing needs to cure that issue I have had zero issues using the OEM triggers in my builds.
FPSP drag and it's fix.

Including Johnny Glocks site that I refer to as Glock trigger university ,th man knows more about Glock triggers than perhaps even Glock themselves, you may find your answer there.

Does Basso work well to polish the safety pin? I think I'm running into the same problem.looked through the magwell and noticed my extension seems to be stuck on the firing pin safety.
Welcome to the forum,I think a better choice would be Flitz.Semicrome or Mothers Mag polish over Brasso as Brasso contains high amounts of ammonia and is known to attack some metals.

I have the same problem but my sear does drop enough what could it be ?
Welcome to the forum, you may want to check your trigger return spring is correctly installed to the cruciform/trigger bar in the shape of a S as I've seen improperly installed spring cause it to bind and not let the sear of the cruciform drop fully.
