Which party controls the state legislature? If it's a Republican majority, it won't go anywhere. There's a Democrat here trying to add a training requirement to our CWL process. I'm not really opposed to training, but we have a Republican controlled legislature and a Republican governor. The bill is a waste of time and paper.
