Hoping some of you "more experienced" shooters have figured out how to work around the problem.
As my ability to bring the front sight of a handgun into focus started going, I have seen a noticeable loss of accuracy as well. Switched to transition lenses (like bifocals) a while back which helped, but I noticed recently on a laser training device my dept just bought that my poa was off the poi even at close range. I think the lenses are distorting the path of light.
What have you all done to compensate?
