Yep you read that right!!! We have done away with paypal… Unbeknownst to us at the time we joined Paypal, Paypal is extremely Anti Gun…

You may not use the PayPal service for activities that:

1. violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation.

2. relate to transactions involving (a) narcotics, steroids, certain controlled substances or other products that present a risk to consumer safety, (b) drug paraphernalia, (c) items that encourage, promote, facilitate or instruct others to engage in illegal activity, (d) stolen goods including digital and virtual goods (e) items that promote hate, violence, racial intolerance, or the financial exploitation of a crime, (f) items that are considered obscene, (g) items that infringe or violate any copyright, trademark, right of publicity or privacy or any other proprietary right under the laws of any jurisdiction, (h) certain sexually oriented materials or services, (i) ammunition, firearms, or certain firearm parts or accessories, or (j) ,certain weapons or knives regulated under applicable law.
We don’t allow PayPal members to buy or sell any kind of firearm, whether it’s in working order or not. The same goes for certain firearm parts and ammunition.

For example, using PayPal, you can’t buy or sell:

Any firearm, including rifles, shotguns, and handguns, whether they’re for sport and recreation, collectibles, or curio or relic firearms.
Firearm parts, including but not limited to receivers and frames, silencers, and kits designed to modify guns so that they fire automatically. High capacity magazines, multi-burst trigger activators, and camouflaging firearm containers are other items in this category.
Ammunition, including propellants like gunpowder or blank ammunition; ammunition or cartridge cases; and primers, bullets, or propellant powder designed for any firearm.

Stun gun sales are allowed for U.S. residents, but only if the transaction is permitted by law in both the buyer's and seller's jurisdictions. (PayPal account holders outside the U.S. can’t buy or sell stun guns.) Before they complete a sale, U.S. sellers must make sure that the transaction is legal in both locations.

Related items that you can buy and sell using PayPal include paintball guns, blank guns, and air-soft guns, as long as such transactions are legal in the applicable jurisdiction. All of these items must display the markings required by law, must not be convertible to shoot a lethal projectile, and can’t include blank ammunition.
We first joined Paypal because they were simple, convenient, and the preferred method of online payment processing.

Many companies out there, in the banking industry are anti-gun. Take our former bank, Bank of America for instance…

We have looked for several months into the best option for us to dump Paypal. We have settled in a Bank and Credit Card Processing Company that are both 2nd amendment friendly, secure, and safe!!!

We moved banks, along with McMillian, from Bank of America to National Bank of Arizona. (see reference story HERE)
We are also using VeraCharge as our chosen processor. After long discussions with the owner of VeraCharge, we are satisfied with them and they are 100% in support of our second amendment rights!
We also use Authorize.net as the "payment gateway". They securely relay your Credit Card info to the bank and processor. This way, we don't store your Credit Card info and it remains secure.

To our Previous Customers:
We apologize for putting you in a potentially harmful situation, we do not believe that Paypal will pursue anyone in this matter, though they have been known to close business accounts. If you use Paypal, which we ask you close your account with, please do not use them to buy any other restricted products.
We want you to know that we are not only committed to customer service, but your security, safety, and rights! As a NRA Business Alliance Member, we support the 2nd Amendment through and through!!!

Notice to Future Customers:
Because we are not using a Paypal, and Processing is not instantaneous, we have a 48-72 hour processing time before products will ship. That said, its the price of doing things right, and supporting the second amendment.

Just throwing this out for those who are wanting a way to receive credit card payments without terminal fees.

There is a gizmo called The Square, it is a magnetic card reader that plugs into the headphone/mic jack of a cellphone (standard sized headphone jack only), and the software with it allows the owner to receive credit card payments for a small fee (2.75% of the transacted amount) and is linked to the owner's bank account. The payment shows up in 24 hours. Receipts (including an image of the signature as well as an optional cellphone pic of the item sold/transacted) can be automatically emailed to the buyer, and is automatically emailed to the seller. The card number can also be entered manually from the keypad. I have 2 of these, very very handy.

DO NOT QUOTE ME ON THIS, but I believe I heard that Square allows Face to Face firearms transactions…
I buy a lot of stuff off of eBay for firearms.
I use Square for my business and hobbies and I love it. It really is a great thing to have.
Not going public with to many details but we almost got fined $2500 per violation on something a while back. According to them we had over 20 violations. We got out of it.

That is all.

Makes you wonder how places like Botach that use paypal get away with it.
when i put certian stuff in my cart at botech the paypal option goes away
