Well, it's time to make a new addition to the family.
Recently I won a pistol at a GSSF match, so after much debate, I decided on a17 Gen 4.. I couldn't be happier, I really really like the new Gen 4 subtle changes. For Some reason, it feels SO much better than my Gen 3 19 & 23's, and wayyy better than my 30sf.
Looking at the choices, I was initially thinking either another 17 or a 22... BUT now after more thought,it might be time to add a caliber that I do not yet have.
Thoughts are either a 20 gen 4 or 37. I have a few questions all pertaining to gen 4 frames.
What are the dimensions for the 37, is this the same as a 17/22?
The same dimensions for the 20
Doing some reading, it seemed the muzzle energy for the 20 was low, approx 550 for a 180, is this right, and higher for 165?
How about the performance of the GAP?
Ammo isn't much of an issue, I have a Dillon 650, so I can begin reloading ASAP.
