I have been reading this forum for about three weeks.
I was looking into getting a hand gun for me and the wife.
we got them a week back.
I've been looking at Glocks, where looking at getting 19's but we went with 23's.
we've taken them to the range a few times and they are great guns.
I liked the glocks for the light weight,and Reliability.
we are taking are CCP classes next month.
we have lots to learn and enjoy reading the forum,and going to the range shooting are guns!

Edit: just a side note...since you were considering the 19, but got the 23, you can buy a 40S&W-9mm drop in conversion barrel along with some 9mm magazines and then you have two guns in one.
