Sharps Bros SIG P365X/P365XL Grip Module
View attachment 282342

New from Sharps Bros for 2023 is a grip module for SIG Sauer P365X and P365XL pistols. This new grip module is machined out of a solid block of 7075-T6 aluminum and has a mil-spec black anodized finish, but also features Brazilian Cherry grip panels which really change how it feels giving it that warm feel of the wood that metal and polymer grips lack.

Another thing came to mind. With those left & right "gas pedals" (from their article) sticking out on both sides of the frame, and a wider frame, one wonders, holster issues????

If one can afford these frames then custom holsters are not a bother.
The butler can order them up.

Federal agents are trying to figure out why an Oklahoma gun store owner threw almost 250 guns in a dumpster, and why a man was allegedly allowed to keep two of them as a memento.
According to court filings first reported by CourtWatch, on January 19, 2023, an Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, sanitation worker stumbled upon a dumpster with 236 rifles and 12 shotguns in it. The shocking finding led him to call authorities, who found many of the guns were functional, the filings stated.
Investigators wrote that in late 2022, the owner of the store, International Firearm Corporation, Anthony Mussatto, had asked agents with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms how to destroy the weapons, citing a manufacturer's defect.
Mussatto was told in the fall by the ATF to slice the faulty guns in three different areas, according to a January 26 search warrant.

Several months later, on same day the agency was contacted by the sanitation worker, ATF agents visited the dumpster and found functional guns, "despite being partially cut," according to the warrant.
The agents then encountered two men near the store who told them that they had seen the dumpster loaded with guns on separate occasions, months before the January incident.
Mike Keenum, one of the men near the store, told agents that a teen employee had been cutting the weapons outside of the store multiple days a week, when he approached the employee and said he was interested in owning the guns.
"Mr. Keenum told the man that he did not intend to shoot the guns, but rather wanted to hang the firearms on his wall," an ATF agent said in the warrant. "The male employee permitted Mr. Keenum to take two uncut firearms and gave Mr. Keenum two magazines, one for each gun.

Per the warrant, authorities are seeking to search Mussatto's homes and other businesses to see whether the two guns given away were documented. Agents are also looking into whether Mussatto followed the gun disposal laws required for federal firearm licensees, and whether he lied to investigators in 2022.
Mussatto did not immediately return Insider's request for comment.
The man who got the free dumpster guns, under the table, said that they were in working condition.
"Mr. Keenum told SA Moore it was clear between him and the employee that the firearms he was taking had not yet been cut by the man," agents said in the filing.

Now, agents are looking into whether Mussatto improperly disposed of the weapons and whether his staff provided a man two shotguns for free, potentially allowing him to skip a background check, an ATF agent said in a filing.

LOL, a M&P pistol with a fixed grip & stock, and added a long barrel to their pistol. Innovative? Nahhh, buy the Ruger PC carbine. You can do alot more with the Ruger.

Look how that hand guard is attached to the full length of the barrel. LOL
Everything about it screams nonsense, and everything is proprietary to S&W.

GLOCK, step up, lets see yours!!!

Really it’s just their version of the KelTec.
I have a KelTec that uses Glock 23/22 mags.
I see the S&W being a draw for anyone that owns a M&P 9 but not much other than that.

Palmetto probably has the best price on it but’ll have to come down a tic to match KelTec prices running around $400.

thats what i was originally going to say but not sure how the ar grip would work with proprietary mags
Yup, the whole design is a joke, in my own opinion.
I would take the Ruger Carbine over that S&W. The Ruger can at least use glock mags AND a AR grip. And you can switch the bolt left & right, too.

I wish Ruger would make these with the 10mm option. Now THAT would be an asswhoopin of a gun!

It has Pros and Cons. I don’t like the fixed stock either, but yes, I see where it could be useful for anyone with a M&P 9.
The real question is where is Glock? I would not mind something similar from Glock.

I’m figuring Glock isn’t going to enter into the PCC market unless they can offer something really novel and unique.

That Keltec is a SMOKIN DEAL!!!! Especially if it runs flawlessly with no issues.

If glock gets into it (which i doubt, in our country) it won`t be cheap. Keltec & Ruger got this covered though pretty good in the USA.
