Just bought a G45 and I’m currently on the hold/background check period. Looking forward to the forum.

I own a set of Peltors and Liberator 3’s that I use for work. I’m considering purchasing a set of Sordin Supreme Pro X for a more base/non-tactical headset to use off duty. Does anybody here use them?

Thanks. Happy to be here.

I couldn’t resist. Installed it moments ago. I might not get to shoot it anytime soon. I just got picked up for Warrant Officer and will be busy these next few months with training/school.

It’s an awesome trigger for competition. Not what I would ever recommend for self defense.

I have no idea what your intended use is for that gun.

Welcome and congrats on the G45.
I hear good things about the Timney trigger.

It’s for the range and the night stand. Not for conceal carry.

Now I see why you posted what you posted. After a few hundred dry fires, the trigger is very very light and I would like to have something more predictable.

With that said, this trigger feel is amazing. I already liked the OEM trigger but the Timney feel is awesome.

After some research, I found that Johnny Glock has a Timney Combat Conversation for the Timney Glock Gen5. I placed an order. Another $90. Glad I’m not married anymore. 😂 I swear the only other I mod I want is stippling. That’s it’s. And maybe some mag extensions. Any recommendations?

I do this same with my motorcycles. I ride them stock for a while and then look for improvements mods like suspension and overall better ride-ability mods. 😑

Same with the G45. I want the feel of the trigger and the grip to be what I want it to be. And I had to do away with those plastics sites due to needing something easier for my eyes to acquire quickly.

The G45 is awesome right out of the box and none of this will make me a better shooter much like none of my track bike mods will make me turn quicker laps. However, if I can do it more comfortably, I will.

This Forum is great.

The best trouble free extensions I’ve found are Taran Tactical. I have a handful on Glock 17, 19 and my EDC 43.

Sounds like all you need is a Jeep and a boat and you’ll die penniless. Not unlike myself.😔💸💸💸

😂 I think being a motorcycle track day enthusiast is enough.

•Track day = $200 to $400 per day
•Tires = $400 to $500 per set (only last about 2 days)
•Oil = $40 per track day
•Parts after an off (wreck) = $$$$$
•Gear = a suit alone is over $1000 and helmets have expiration dates and cost $800 plus.

I don’t need a boat but I do need a Ram 2500. Will purchase one soon.

🤔Ram 2500? Gas or diesel? After my last diesel escapade I won’t own another unless it’s been deleted.

The G45 is a great gun.
In reference to mag extensions, I’m happy with the OEM 19 rounds magazines. They match the G45 well.

6.7 Cummins. I need a traveling truck that I’m not concerned with putting miles on with the occasional tow to the track and maybe some DITY/PPM moves during a PCS. I’ll delete after warranty.

I saw a review stating that it doesn’t actually have the same feel of your trigger because it’s not using the striker. I decided to try it to see how it would feel.

It’s nothing like the original pull and I don’t like it. That’s my take on it. It’s going back.
