Just bought a G45 and I’m currently on the hold/background check period. Looking forward to the forum.

I own a set of Peltors and Liberator 3’s that I use for work. I’m considering purchasing a set of Sordin Supreme Pro X for a more base/non-tactical headset to use off duty. Does anybody here use them?

Work got me in WA right now. Originally from SC.

And I’ve already pulled the trigger on the Sordin Supreme Pro-X. I’ll let you all know what I think of them in comparison to the Peltors and Liberators.

My brother had a set of Sordin ear pro issued to him when he was on SWAT. He liked them.

I’m too cheap. I have a couple of Walker electronic muffs and Howard Leight.

Welcome. The G45 is an excellent choice. I love mine. Do you have other Glocks or has Glock fever not hit yet? LOL.

Been issued several weapons and owned a few when I was a lot younger. This is only my second legit firearm purchase. First legit was a Mossberg.

After sending over 5,000 rounds through the XM17, I had to get my hands on the G45.

Ive run the sordins for some years now and love them! The gel ear cups are worth the extra dollars.

Thank you. I ordered a the headset with the gel cups. I’ve worn headsets for over 24 hours straight and can’t imagine wearing headsets without them.

I ordered a black set with a multi-cam headband.

First purchased delivered. Thanks to @helitack32f1 for the dry fire “horror” story. Drove me to purchase snap caps.

A quick look at some other headsets I’ve owned and used.

This one below has been my favorite so far. Invisio T5 Headband version (neckband version pictured below / I couldn’t find a picture of the headband version I had). Only con is that you have to have a battery supply dongle that plugs into the PTT pictured on my plate carrier. This is only if you don’t have power from a radio.
