It called the Flash Bang Holster. Looper makes them and several other holsters designed just for women.

seriously though the under skirt carry is a horrible idea. she has to bend to get it, or reach around from the back, either way its awkward. can you imagine she ends up in a sexual assualt, he will have better access to it than her.

Your statement is very true but as women we can't always wear jeans or even slacks but still want to carry. The under skirt carry is definitely not the most optimal but it's better than nothing. I really don't like purse carry either but sometimes I don't have another option.
