As the title states. I want to be shooting some super hot self defense rounds through my 19 and keep the jumping to a minimum.

The glock store has a great tungsten guide rod and different weight springs for around 50 bucks. I have one on my g22c. And put one of they're stainless guide rod/springs in my wife's gen 4 17.

I have a SS guide rod from btguiderods on my G23. I like it.

I haven't noticed too much difference in recoil though...stock vs. SS.

I've got a Glockmeister s/s guide rod/RSA in my G26 Gen 4 and I can tell some reduction in recoil and muzzle flip(not that it was that bad to begin with). Around $50.00.

Got SS GRA from glock store... use it in my G19/4th gen. Makes no difference in recoil but it's shiny. Having different weight springs (resistance they offer, not physical weight) is what will make a difference.

I put a S/S rod in my G36 and it improved the accuracy markedly.
