Yeah I think him getting charged isn't right. One other thing he might get in trouble for is saying he wouldn't go against u.s. citizens like going and getting all our guns out of our houses. I'm pretty sure it's says in our constitution I think that our military can't be used against its own citizens

Ya thats also some BS. I also know marines who said they wont go against USA citizens. What is this country coming too...

First off, hes an NCO... Non-Commissioned officer... I wonder if that was a typo...

I agree with this fellow Marine... Our oath was to protect the constitution of the US against all enemies foriegn and DOMESTIC.
