This one was picked up a couple of years ago and was advertised a a M19 Gen5 MOS. It appears to be a M19 made in GA and is marked accordingly but, I have not seen another one similar to this one. What do you think?

Someone bought it and had the slide cut/modified. I’m assuming you bought it used.

My LGS has a used G19 Gen 5 "Optics Ready" which is similar. But I am not sure if it is Made in GA.

I’m with 202. The optic plate cover doesn’t look like any MOS factory cover. The front serrations look like aftermarket. The big porthole in the slide doesn’t look stock either.

I like it though.

That definitely looks like an aftermarket slide with that hole on top.

I find it interesting that an aftermarket slide would include a matching serial number and the Glock, "Georgia" proof marks but, with todays CNC capabilities, anything is possible. Thank you all for your replies and input!

I don't think that others are implying that it's an aftermarket slide but rather that it's the original slide that has had some additional milling done to it

Some shops around me sell oem Glocks with custom work done on them. They are marked as such though.
I wouldn’t make a fuss though. It looks to be nicely done.

I like it.

Looks like it’s milled for an RMRCC.

Now I just have to figure out what make and model of a "red dot" optic may fit the cut.
