.22's are always fun to me. Ive heard nothing but good things about em.
Sam here. I actually am planning on buying two of the S&W's along with an AR-15. One for me and one for my daughter. She's 16 and I've been trying to get her more interested in guns. I let her shoot my other .22 and she loved it. Next step is getting her one of her own and introducing her to Mr. G21. I think she would enjoy shooting that also.

Over on gunbroker there's been alot of people reporting problems with the MP15-22 and the Colt (umarex) Ar15-22. I had a ceiner conversion for awhile and it worked well when greased, not oiled and using hi velocity ammo.

I think the best route is buying a quality 22lr dedicated upper for your AR15, like tactical solutions or spikes tactical. It will cost you a little more, but I think you'll be much happier with those products in the long run

The 15-22 is an amazing gun. I've had mine for about a month now. No problems at all. I started off using the winchester HV. Bulk box. Run great. Im also using blazer ammo. Idk the FPS on them. But they run great. I've put close to 3K rounds through it. I def suggest buying one.

Thanks. I love that gun. The only thing I had to do to it was file down the burrs on the end of the guide rods for the bolt. Where they where cut off at the factory. Bolt didn't want to come off when I would strip it down to clean it. And it may just be mine idk. But its smooth now!
