At the moment I have an eye on the S&W 19. Never owned nor shot one before.

I too have the wheel gun fever.. My buddy at work has a .357 2 1/2 inch barrel S&W he wants to sell me for $250.00. Ive shot it last week and man talk about power :) he don't like it because it hurts his hand. Thinking hard about getting it..
I like the S&W Model 27 in stainless, the S&W Model 627 8 shot is awesome, but pricy. They're all nice shooting, rent one at a range if you can, & see what you think.
My dad just bought the Ruger SP101 and it is fun to shoot.

I'ma go to all the gun stores in Renontoday to look around.

Thanks I'll more than likely get it.
Keeping an eye on this thread... when I get extra money I plan to buy a wheel gun...
I mostly want one for my girlfriend. Because she has a hard time functioning my glock and 1911 due to weak hands. I was suggested a revolver because how easy it is to load It and whatnot. The 357 is for me and when she shoots it I'll load 38 it in
Smith and Wesson 586 pre lock . It's before They started adding the little lock to the frame . Can be had around $500

A little advice . Find one to let her shoot first . I have a 642 S&W and my wife hates it . Short barrel = major kick . Maybe an S&W shield or G26 .

Yeah I'll def look into it.
I have a G26 and she has a hard time racking the slide.
Ruger SP101 with 3in barrel. Absolutely love it-built rock solid. They also make a 2.25in if you want something a little smaller. Size comparison is to a G22.

If it were me I would buy it in a Heartbeat!! If you don't want it you can always sell it for that!

I am down to 2 S&W Revolvers and I am always looking for more! Especially since the 642 is my Wifes!

They sell something that attaches to the serrations of the slide to assist in that . I think the seller is glock polishing ?

My wife loves the 26 . I have a 3.5 trigger in it
Go for the Smith and Wesson 686 with the 6 inch barrel. It is an awesome shooter!
Wish I never sold my 6" S&W 686. That was one sweet ride at the range.
