I love the finger grooves in my G40. It fits my hand like a glove. The Gen 3 with finger grooves was what most cops wanted.
Same here.I love the finger grooves in my G40. It fits my hand like a glove.
The Gen 3 is Perfection.Same here.
I love the Gen 3. The finger grooves work for me even when I go back and forth between the Glock 17, Glock 19 or Glock 26.
PLEASE tell me that "HRC" does not stand for "Hillary Rodham Clinton."The Gen 3 is Perfection.
The Gen 4 came with the HRC trigger bar dimple
... and once again, I am very much afraid I have to tell you that I deeply resemble that remark. Actually, after a surgery that disabled my right arm for the better part of a year, I am possibly a better shooter left-handed than right. So for the guns that are ambidextrous, I do appreciate being able to switch back and forth between hands. OTOH, I have been shooting right-handed guns left-handed for enough decades that I have no problem operating right-handed guns left-handed. It is certainly not an issue for which I would give up my finger-grooves to jump to a Gen 5.The Gen 5 came with a bunch of useless ambi-crap
Sorry, I can't tell you that.PLEASE tell me that "HRC" does not stand for "Hillary Rodham Clinton."

99.8% of the time, I would have to say you are right, with a couple of caveats. I don't know what percentage of shooters are left-handed. Of these, I don't know what percentage are comfortable operating an RH gun with the left hand. There is another issue:Sorry, I can't tell you that.
But, you have made my point perfectly. If you shoot right handed guns left-handed it's no longer an issue.
I’ve read somewhere it’s around 10% of the population is left handed.99.8% of the time, I would have to say you are right, with a couple of caveats. A magazine release that is light enough to rapidly depress and release with a left-handed finger is also light enough to be depressed and released by other forms of pressure.. And for an LH carrier, that RH gun and magazine release is often pointed outward from the bearer, where it is accessible to being depressed from the outside.
So gun makers screw with 100% of the guns for 10% of the population of which only 1% carry a gun. That’s about the same logic and % as the trans population. ***!!!I’ve read somewhere it’s around 10% of the population is left handed.
Up until about 20 years ago, gunmakers didn’t care about left handers.
I worked with a number of left handed cops that adapted to whatever platform they had to and never heard a complaint about it either.
🤔…well they did complain about trying to find holsters and their expense.
According to World Population Review, in 2023, there are 1.9% of Americans that identify as transgender. This would translate to about 6M Americans that identify as transgender. So gun makers screw with 100% of the guns for 10% of the population of which only 1% carry a gun. Yes, finding a good holster is a nuisance. It quadruply so for me because I want the ability to conceal carry or open carry, LH or RH as the situation merits.I’ve read somewhere it’s around 10% of the population is left handed.

You missed my point. Not all lefties own guns.According to World Population Review, in 2023, there are 1.9% of Americans that identify as transgender. This would translate to about 6M Americans that identify as transgender.
Meanwhile, there are estimated 160M gun owners in the United States of America. If 10% of these are left-handers, this would be 16M left-handed shooters, nearly three times the number of people that ostensibly identify as transgender.
Personally, I believe the World Population Review is lying to us. I think the real percentage of Americans that identify as transgender is closer to 0.19% -- or about 60,000 people in this country that identify as transgender.
Personally, I believe anyone that identifies as trans should be in a mental ward.Personally, I believe the World Population Review is lying to us. Please look at my math again. I was only counting the gun owners. You missed my point. Not all lefties own guns.
