I can't removed my Lone Wolf Plug on my Glock 23.
Did you try using something to pop the button on the other side? It should be snapped on and usually you can just snap it right off.
Pushing in the button on the backside of the grip and lightly prying on the plug with flat screwdriver should pop it out.
Wrap the bottom of the grip in painters tape to protect it. Use a small punch or screw driver to push the pin inwards while using a small screw driver to gently pry up. Pry on the same side as the release button. The tape protects the grip from the prying metal.
