I generally carry 2 spare mags.
At least one extra on me.
Just 1 extra. It would have to Be one hell of a gun fight to need more that 27 rounds lol
Just 1 spare mag
Most of the time just one.
My neighborhood...... None
Others? Just one.
G26 or G30
Most of the time none since I already have 20rds loaded in my 19, but if its a must then ill carry a 33 rounder lol
That many in 1 mag? That's more than I carry with 3 mags. lol
Two but i am a single stack g36
Always one extra....
Usually one or two just depending on what I'm wearing
Depends on where I'm going. If I'm out in the boondocks near the Mex-US border I carry 4 mags. Usually around town or traveling the main roads just 1.
One extra at all times - two if I can get away with it.
Just what is in the gun. No spares.
The consensus is most of y'all carry a back up mag. Word to the wise a crowd can double with in seconds. Take that into account next time you go out.
The first part of a semi auto pistol that will malfunction is the magazine. In addition you could experience a phase two/double feed stoppage. No one that has actually been in a gunfight has complained that their pistol was too large or they had too much ammo. When things go bad, they suddenly go worse. In today's world you never know what may happen or where you may end up. Always carry at least one spare mag. I always carry two. Bill
Yup 17+2+1 in camber
Always apply the rule of "one"; One is none, two is one. This not only applies to spare mags, but to how many firearms you carry. Granted Glocks are good, but there is still five for sure in my front pocket, or on my ankle with atleast one spare reload.
One spare.. If it takes more than 21 45ACP.... Then I'm effed anyways
