Put the barrel and recoil spring back in your Glock slide before sliding it back on to the frame?

    (Me!)

This is the second time in the last week I have done it.

I havent don't that yet. I did put the gun back together and forgot I was soaking patches in the barrel to get rid of some nasty fouling. Luckily I remembered when I started cleaning my other gun and it hit me when I put patches in that one lol.

Good ole Dr leaving the Rolex in the patient situation lol.

I almost did it once but caught myself just before the slide went on the front frame rails.

LOL, today I almost caught myself... I was looking right at the barrel and recoil spring sitting in front of me on my workbench and could feel the difference as the slide went back on the frame and then CLICK... too late.

Fortunately I paid attention in my armorer's class...

A non issue I would think.

Push the slide back to where it would be if the barrel was in the slide and, pull the trigger. Oh, and hold on to the slide....;)
