Wondering if anyone knew who makes a holster for a glock 22 w/ an insight tecnologies TLR-2 attached. ( Open carry belt holster), leather or kydex. ?

I use the Safariland model 6280 for duty belt

For Kydex, the only one I know of for the belt that takes a TLR is the Safariland 5188

Yes they do, I hace a blade tech paddle for my HK USP.

I'm glad you brought them up, I didn't know they were making paddle holsters for pistols with taclights. THANKS!
