Glock Sights

I have noticed that practically everyone wants night sights for the Glock.

I have experienced night sight gunpowder dust covering the front sight after the first or second round is fired. The sight is then no more effective than a regular sight.

I use steel sights identical to the polymer ones standard on all Glocks.

So far, I am pleased with ambient light from a flashlight.

I would be interested in other opinions however.

Kinda random post in a "New to GF" thread.......not sure what your shooting. I have not had that happen shooting factory ammo or my own, even after +100 rounds. Maybe black powder?
